Tried shrimp tonight on the BGE. They really were great. A few were a bit pulpy, not sure if I over cooked, or under cooked. I did 300 degrees for about 3 minutes, then turned them & did another 3 minutes on the other side. I used Dizzy Pig Tsunami with some Honey.

Pulpy as in mealy? Were they previously frozen?
Sounds like maybe overcooked a bit.
