i feel for the folks up north, can not imagine the snow they have,,,,,,but this is rare in south ga.

We've got close to 4" up here in the foothills north of Atlanta. Supposed to keep dropping until late this evening.

Haha. We are getting the same thing here just south of Atl. The schools are closed and folks are stocking up like it's the end of the world. But with no vehicles to clear anything and no sand trucks, it's better if everyone stays in their driveways. It's not quite as bad as OKC last week. I'll take this anytime. Where in S.Ga are you?

bigum, in tifton, went to store to get chilli supplies, the shelves were almost empty of tomato sauce, beans, paste and other chilli things, i think when we have a cold weekend coming up, everyone cooks chilli,

This was taken at about 4 pm 50 miles southwest of Augusta. It's still coming down.

The only place I wanna see snow is on a calender...
