Can you kind people share your information as to cooking times and procedures of smoking butts in foil. I mean as in say lets cook the butt indirect for first 2 hrs to max. smoke. Remove and wrap in heavy foil and return to grill. What sort of reduction in time should I expect if using this method? Any issues or reasons not to do? Just was wondering if this could speed up process if need be without compromising quality. I understand that internal temp achieved should be 190-205 depending on your preference. Thanks a big bunch.
