Great First Dinner

Well, the pork loin stuffed with cashews and apple butter came out fabulous. I also roasted some corn and vidalia onions :-) I was really impressed. [p]Don't know if I have done the smart thing, but the pork butt just went on at 9 PM. I filled the bottom back up with charcoal and it is sitting at 250 right now. I'm using some Pecan chunks to help smoke it. Once I figure out this picture posting thing I will post pics of the pork loin and pork butt.[p]John

JM3,[p]That was your first dinner on the BGE? What a menu!! My goodness. What are you going to do for an encore?[p]I started my family out with rubbery burnt chicken breasts -- that way, everything else tasted great!
