Did these last night

Done- Medium rare with home grown Beets

did the potatoes for about 1/2 hr at 400 pulled them off and covered, opened up the egg for a 700 deg steak sear, pulled them and put back the spuds and shut down the egg to 400 degs and put back the steaks for about seven min.

Every thing was done about right :)
