Nice post Ross. We love this grilling fish this way. No board required and you get added flavor this way.

Ok, my stupid question...
Was it direct? Not raised? And I can't tell - are they resting directly on the grate or on a tray (sorry, I forget the name of it). Thanks Ross! Looks great... -
The potato was on a raised grid and the fish on a grill topper on CI Stacie, I hope this clears it up

Direct or indirect?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Morning Ross:
You just keep making that meal look better and better every time you cook it!
Like I said before, I would love to be the one who thought this up, but it weren't me...I just don't remember who first posted about cooking fish this way, but it is hard to beat!Have a GREAT day!

Ross, That's a nice plate of fish!
But one question...That's the same beer that was setting there yesterday..When are you going to finish it off! :woohoo: :P  -
The potato was indirect and the fish was direct
Ross -
Thanks Jay, and you have a great day

That was four beers later Jon
