I want to cook 3 whole chickens (approx 4lb each),using indirect and putting them in the rack with a drip pan (large egg) I plan to cook them at 350, and until dark meat is 180. Any ideas on how long? other suggestions?
Thanks.
Mister
Thanks.

Mister, should take about 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hrs. to cook. The only suggestion I have is spin your rack about ½ way through the cook incase you have a hot spot in your egg. Good luck.
