Cold eggs and snow day cooks (pic heavy)

Got home from work the other day and found two very cold, unhappy eggs

so, I fired RSL (right side large) up and got him busy on some roasted peanuts,


While we were eating those, got a meat loaf going on LSL.

I bet those cooks warmed the eggs right up. Unfortunately, you didn't get pics of their big ol' smiles.
I like the idea of roasting nuts on the BGE. I will have to try that someday.

I believe that is the first time I have seen peanuts done on the Egg! Great. Mother in law lives outside of Clinton. Guess all North Ark. is snowed in. We haven't had any in in El Dorado but they are calling for 80% Thursday night. Hope it stays up North! :P

we got about 4-5" just north of LR, Conway got about 6- 7" it's finally starting to melt off now, I dont want any more, hope it stays away from you to

I do them at 350 dome, 25-30 min be carefull, they can get a little overdone on carryover heat.
