Pretty busy day so didn't get a lot of pics but here are a few.
Moved 2 larges around to the front, left the small out back

My friend and dealer, GrillmanDan's trailer with the XL Egg, Traiger and Oklahoma Joe stick burner

couple of butts almost done

2 slabs of spares on the traiger

reheating the rest of the brisket along with a whole pork loin on the sidebox

stuffing a loin

stuffed and regular loin on the XL

1 of 3 batches of legs and wings. 24 pieces per batch

just kept refilling the steamer trays on the table

at 28 hours the large with the DigiQ was still holding 250. Checked it a few hours later before I went to bed and still the same so it was well over 30 hours on 1 load.

Hey Steve,,, look what I got

Looks like a great time Pat..and great pics...I really like the wooden bar rail type of thing around the trailer..I'm sure it got a lot of use..
-
Staci, judging by the empty beer bottles, cans and other trash I hauled out to the curb tonight I'd say 200 plus  but in reality there was only about 50 or 60.
-
I wish Clark, had to check the yard for bones and food scraps before I picked up the mutts from club med for canines
and still made it to work by 11:00 -
It belongs to my dealer Molly. I wanted to hang it but the wind was a little strong. Hope y'all have a good time at the icefest I'll be thinking about everyone while I water the yard and keep the beer from getting warm!!
-
It sure did Wess. This is the 13'th year I've used his trailer. He just rebuilt it a few months ago and swapped the large for the XL and added the traiger and sink. It really makes the big cooks easier. He often does church cooks for 300 plus with it.
-
You were tellin me about it...it was nice to finally see it..definately up to the task...
-
Oh shudup..meanie  :silly:

Steve, what I didn't get a pic of was the pool table. I covered it with plywood and the wasn't a square inch that didn't have a side dish on it.
-
Nice spread Pat.
