Ok Egret...This baby might just give your Maple Bourbon Ham a run for it's money.

Started with a 10 lb, bone in Ham.
Rubbed with Brown sugar, ground pepper, cinnamon, and salt.
Fired the Egg up at 275 indirect with Hickory chips.
After one hour, the mopping...Forty Creek Whisky, apple cider, honey and a cinnamon stick.
Every half hour after that, the glaze...Forty Creek Whisky, brown sugar, dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey.
3 hours later, and at 160 internal...

And to think, I only had 6 or 7 cocktails during the cook! (No I didn't drink to mop or glaze).

    Looks so tasty!! I'm looking for that booze and getting me some ham! Your leftovers, if there are any, are going to make some smoking tasty soup!
