Well, as many have said already, Eggfest was AMAZING. I am still full and feeling the effects of a wonderful day in the sun (look a little like a lobster).[p]I came home and the wife asked if I would cook dinner (she had picked up a London Broil). Dizzy Pig Red Eye rub was the prefect to seasoning for it. I also followed the suggestion of WooDoggies and cooked the LB direct over a raised cooking grid (at 375 degrees). The results were great.[p]Thanks to everyone for making the Fest truly a FANTASTIC event.[p]Honey, you smell "Smokey" ... take a shower!!
