Hello,

I am new at this, but does anyone have a good recipe for Spicy Garlic Hot wings, or Hot Wings, spicy wings, (egged) for my Super Bowl Party? Thanks in advance!

Make these as spicy or garlicky as you like.

    Wings, Chicken, Cajun, Bubba Tim

These are easy to do and are great for tailgating or for that get together on the back porch. Enjoy!

    INGREDIENTS:
    2 1/2 lbs Chicken wings -- separated
    3/4 cup Plain yogurt
2/3 cup Louisiana or your favorite hot sauce.
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Cajun seasoning Peanut Oil -- for frying

    Procedure:
1 In a bowl, mix together yogurt, hot sauce and garlic. Add chicken and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
2 The following day, mix together flour and Cajun seasonings in a bowl.
3 Remove chicken from the marinade and coat evenly in flour mixture. In a wok on the Egg, heat oil to 370F. Use a thermometer to confirm temp. This can be achieved by heating over medium high heat. Use enough oil to cover 4 to 5 chicken wings at a time. Be on the lookout for possible flare ups. BE SAFE! Deep fry wings for approximately 8 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Warning, these go fast.
