    go to www.cherokeestove.com they have a big green egg cookbook on the opening page that includes the recipe you are looking for (I have done Elder's pork butt recipe about 10 times!) The cookbook also contains lots of other recipes and very useful information.[p]Cold Beers!

    ShortRib, just go to "Recipes" on this site, then click on "Pork". Elder Ward's recipes, strategy, and philosophy is all there. I've used this a number of times with great success. Good luck.
