    wish I could say it was something crazy.

    unfortunately it is just Guacamole made and presented in a molcajete. While I do believe that making it in a molcajete does improve the texture, the flavor profile is no different.

    I have to trim three slabs of spare ribs St. Louis style and smoke them and I have about four dozen wings to trim and cut up. All this goes to my friends house for the game. Tim

    I am doing 5lbs Carne Asada-48 hr marinate,two dozen wings,and some ABT's.This is the first year we have not had a bunch of people over.Go Saints!!!

    Muffulettas, in honor of the Saints, is definitely on my list. Will do the bread on the Egg. Just happy to be home, on the road all last week and was able to move an 8AM meeting in LA on Monday which would have meant flying on Super Bowl Sunday. Now I can get in a couple of days Egging before heading out Monday for the week. Go Saints.

    here is what we are doing

    1 packer bricket
    a crock pot of Pepper Beef that i will do the day before (as instructed)
    homemade hot dog rolls
    fresh salsa
    a bowl of chili cheese dip
    maybe some bratworst
    and one of EggHatters Chocolate Nut Dream Rolls with walnuts
    my moms adult slushies for the women
    bourbon for the guys
    and Our Nations Oldest Soft Drink
    maybe some of those sweet and sour meat balls

    will be just my family and a good pal of mine's family will proabably be 8-10 of us total and that is counting if one of my sons friends stop by.. i hope we have enough
