Neighbor has asked me to cook up a brisket for the Superbowl. He is planning to chop it for brisket sandwiches. We're planning on 20 people.

How much meat do you think we should get?

I've read on here that 8 oz. of cooked meat is considered a serving.20 people could vary on number of servings. All men may take 40 servings while 20 women and kids may only take 20 servings. For a mixed crowd I would figure 1.5 servings per person..Just multiply the number of servings you want by 8 oz.,then divide the total number of ounces by 2 and that's how many pounds of cooked brisket you will need.
