I just put on a 2.5 lb pork loin stuffed with apples, cashews, and reaspberry chipotle sauce, all wrapped in beautiful bacon. Got the recipe from your site and now I just have to wait till it's done. I can't do anything but sit and stare at my egg...I'm so excited!!!

I tried this recipe as my first cook on the BGE and it was FANTASTIC. My daughter even tried it at home in the oven and it was almost as good! Everything works together with the nuts and sweet sauce and the apples.

It was delicous...except my wife is pregnant and she is ultra concerned about the doneness of her meats, and I let get to 163 before a pulled it. Mistake.
