    There are a number of ways to cook "indirect" even without accessories sold by BGE. I would suggest you can explore the Archives at the bottom of this page where you see a button called Google Search type in "Indirect Set Up" and 10 pages of past history will come up including some with accessories and some without.
    There are some web sites on the topic, one good one is the Naked Whiz site, see link below.
