I bought a Large demo Egg (we'll call it my "first" Egg even if it's my only Egg at the moment) at Eggtoberfest in Tucker, GA a couple of months ago. I totally love it, but the dome thermometer has had condensation in the glass from day one, which I haven't been able to remove or "bake out" or anything.

One email to customer service got me a brand new replacement dome thermometer in the mail within a couple of days.

Awesome. Thanks for a great product and great support.
