I have two boston butts on the Egg that re ready to come off right now. Problem is I can't tear them apart right now as I have to go to work. How long can they sit in a cooler wrapped in foil?[p]Thanks,
Mark

Mark G,
They'll stay warm several hours wrapped in foil in a cooler.

Mark G,
Hey Mark! Great to hear from you again! They will stay hot for several hours. After the foil, also wrap in beach towels or something like that. The more insulation you have, the longer they will stay hot.[p]TNW
The Naked Whiz -
The Naked Whiz,[p]Thanks. I started these two at noon on friday and had to take them off the BGE at 8AM and run off and brew 15gal of beer. I got back around 3pm and they were still hot.[p]I think these were the best I've cooked. We're having a cook-off at work and I'm hoping some PP samiches will win the day.[p]Mark[p]
