Mike I have one and the only thing I've done so far is some cheese. It's a trick little unit and works like a charm.

As soon as I have a few hours I am going to do some salmon.

I got 4 hours of smoking from about 1/3 of the dust. It looks like a little dust can go a long way.

I'm planning on somewhere around 10 hours of smoking for the salmon.

My friend just got his 2 weeks ago and on his first smoke he did salmon and it went fault free for 10 hours in his large egg. He is sold and loved the out come! He said his salmon was extremely good! All he did is bought direct from the proq site. They sell for like 23 euros i believe and that is shipping included.He said he ordered on the tuesday and he was smoking that saturday!!

I don't think you can cold smoke bacon. It might be cured but not cooked. Still has the bugs in it. You have to get the pork up to 145. This product will not do that.

Mike, I got mine right after Don Marco's post. It was $37. Very prompt service. I can't wait to use it. I've still got to review some food safety info for cold smoking before I smoke my first salmon.
