"Country Style" rib question
WildBore
Posts: 7
My wife brought home some real nice country style pork ribs last night, you know; single bone - lots of meat. My question is, Should I just treat them like pork chops, or like a rack of ribs? It's a little before noon here, and I'd like to fix them for tonight, so no loooooong marinades or cook times if possible.
Thanks for any input.

WildBore,
Chris, aka Nature Boy has a good pictorial on his Dizzy Pig site that will probably answer your question.

Painter,
Thanks, that's some good info. I'll have to try that, and some of the other recipes as well as the rubs!
Thanks again,
Bruce
