13 pound brisket 14 hours used Wee Willys #1.
it was at 160 internal for about 4 hours just moved up to 161. grid temp is 211 and dome is about 225. this is my 1st whole brisket ive done 2 flats before. hope this tyrns out as good as its lookinIMG_3941-1.jpgIMG_3943.jpgIMG_3944.jpgIMG_3945.jpg
