As a new Egg'r, one thing I've had trouble with is not knowing how to even start cooking on the Egg those items I have cooked for years on a regular grill. Fast cook, slow cook, direct cook, indirect, etc. I would like to see a section on the recipe page title "Basics" or whatever is appropriate, where we nu-guys can go to get started. Those long time Eggr's cook post just the minimum details of their techniques; for instance, Steak: Direct, 700 degrees, 3-3-5.[p]Thoughts? Thanks, A~E
