On Thursday I tried the Elder Ward method (my first)and was very pleased.
This is a photo of the BBQ and slaw (included in his recipe)

I don't have any pics, but Elder Wards recipe was what I used for my first Boston Butt and it was great. No complaints from anyone.

We also made the slaw, potatoe salad and his vinegar sauce, not a single complaint.

What is that on the pork? Im confused but intrigued. That bun looks awesome. I like to eat my pork on egg hamburger buns, so freaking good.
