Red Eye Pecan Turkey Cutlets

Last night I experimented with some of Nature Boys Red Eye Coffee rub and turkey breast cutlets. Melted some butter with just a wee bit of maple syrup, dipped the turkey cutlets in it and then drug it through finely chopped pecans mixed with a little Red Eye Rub. Grilled drirect on raised grid. Excellent stuff. Had butter beans as a side and also made a leaf lettuce salad topped with sliced almond, bleu crumbles, fresh strawberry, and a light vinagrette. Good Eats, gives me inspriation to try new things more often!!
