have noticed while cooking on my weber that they take a little longer then regular burgers. Guessing 650 degrees, but how long on each side? Looking for around a medium burger

Cook to temp not time. 650 sound pretty high to me. I'd do them round 350 ish. and temp them. Should be about 6 to 8 min a side. I'm guessing.

They are really lean compared to beef. The time it would take would depend on the size and thickness of the burgers. Makes sense to do them hot and fast, but 650 is a little high. I generally do burgers at 450 or so.

If you have a thermometer, use it and cook to internal temps of 140-145* for a medium burger.

I cook mine direct 500 degrees for 3-4 mins. per side. Because of how lean meat I always add a TBSP of olive oil to a pound of ground bison. And I make three to the pound.
