Pork Tenderloin

edited November -1 in EggHead Forum
I was wondering if I could get a little help from anyone who has a good pork tenderloin recipe. I am doing a cooking demo at the local Women's Club and they have requested pork tenderlion. I am cooking for about 40 women. Thanks in advance

  • Dan Marguerite,[p]Hey,[p]Wish I had know about your store when I lived in the area. I kept my boat on the beach in Wilmette and would have passed your store every weekend. My loss.[p]No help on tenderloin here, but I’ll stop by your store next time I’m back through your lovely area.[p]Pivot.

  • Dan Marguerite, the world's done gone crazy when a man is cooking for 40 women.

<p />Dan Marguerite,[p]The link below shows how I do them. Also, QBabe has a great coffee-crusted pork tenderloin recipe. Some people stuff the tenderloins with cream cheese, fruit, or other items. I'm sure others will chime in with more fancy recipes. [p]As the link will show, though, I like a simple rub of Dizzy Dust and olive oil, then serve 1/2" thick slices with warm raspberry chipotle sauce.[p]I usually buy one tenderloin for every two people, but I'm usually serving to very hungry crowds that include guys who come back for seconds. For 40 women, you could probably cook one tenderloin for every three women, especially if you have some sides.[p]Good luck,[p]TRex [p]P.S. Don't know how to attach more than one link, so here's QBabe's Coffee Crusted link, just copy and paste:[p]http://www.phhp.ufl.edu/~tlambert/recipes/Coffee-Crusted-Pork-Tenderloins.htm
