package of "Hebrew Nation" kosher hot dogs, and cooked them for 15 minutes at 280 dome temp direct on a raised grid, and those things were so good that putting them on a bun was unthinkable. nothing like a hebe nat. .. .try first simmering them in beer for about 15 - 20 minutes (along with some sour kraut. . .then put them on the grill for a while, then back to the beer to finish, then serve them up with the kraut and some good deli mustard. . .hebe nats in beer are the best (in my most humble of opinions)

Nope- nothing wrong there- you don't need majoc BBQ Mojo for EVERYTHING.
Those are good dogs, but my fav is BoarsHead . . .mmmmmmmmm!

Ham 'n Egg, try their bologna... smoked on the EGG. Bologna soaks up smoke like a sponge. I egged some for Thanksgiving(sort of as a joke),... it got inhaled by my group!!
