Cameras???
Broke my point-and-shoot camera Christmas Day. Took it to big box store and they said the processor went bad. He said something about it being plastic....oops! Might have something to do with leaning over Egg trying to get a good picture of the Standing Rib Roast to post on the forum.
I'd like a camera with good picture quality, but not too confusing. Somehow my previous camera kept getting switched to movie by accident, preventing me from posting or even printing pics. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jen

I use a Canon Powershot, simple and easy to use, and much less expensive than the high end cameras. I've tinkered with all the different settings but have never been able to find any that work better than the "Auto" settings. So it's just point and shoot for me.

We have 3 different Canons (all elphs I think) Like JB said, point shoot and great pics.
Stay clear of those Kodaks. I wouldn't take a free one. -
Simple and easy to use....you got my attention! Thanks for the info. I'll go check out the Canons.

Thanks for the info Adam. Do you like any of them better or are they all 3 about the same?
-
Thanks for the warning about Kodak too!
-
I like my powershot also. I also second the Kodak warning.

Canons are great but don't neglect Nikon. I have had both and they are both very good. I have no experience with the Kodaks.

Thanks Gator.....I will take a look at them both. I need to get a camera this week for sure.
