Just finished eating the most awsome pork chop I ever had.[p]Light coat of Olive oil, dizzy dust and a touch of garlic powder.[p]Threw them on the small with a raging fire for a quick 2 minute sear on each side then dwell in the dome for 6 more minutes. [p]Man-O-Live.... I'm gonna have to whop someone's mama![p]Thanks for the wonder dust.
