Boneless Beef Cross Rib Roast?
Tom Thumb has boneless beef cross rib roast on sale this week. I'm totally unfamiliar with this cut of beef. Is this something I can cook on the bge? Is so, how?

Cross rib is another name for shoulder chuck. Low and slow or braise.
