Midnight Smoker,
I did a London broil/top round the other night with great results. I rubbed it with a basic rub (2 Tbs Turbinado Sugar, 2 Tbs Paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp fresh ground pepper) and cooked it at 325-350 to about 145* internal temp. Pulled it, wrapped in aluminum foil on a plate for about 10 minutes. Mmmmmmm ... mighty good. [p]Let me know how it works for you.[p]Doc
