She is more of a moral support and turn in box kind of gal.

I've got a picture of me spraying cider vinegar and apple juice in Matthews mouth.......he wanted to taste the spritz......amazingly he thought it was okay. That is one wild boy.

Good evening Steven, No basting. I was disappointed that the skin didn't crisp as much as it usually does. This was operator error. There was some acrid burning of the dripping, so I boiled some water and opened the dome and threw it on the drip pan 3/4 of the way through the cook. This produced steam..... :( The skin was OK, but nothing to brag about.

Evolution (Oregon) and Conumdrum (California) are both white varietal blends. Evolution: "premeditated attempt to advance the entire wine universe a notch or two. Grandiose? Perhaps, but without Evolution we'd be slime crawling in ooze and that doesn't sound too appetizing." The wine was not used as an ingredient per se, but merely helped us get dinner on the table. :side:
