I got two chuck roasts for pulled beef, about 3 1/2 inches thick each is all I could find. Would cooking time be the same as pulled pork (18-20 hours @ 250)? They go on about 9-10pm pst tonight for sunday dinner.[p]thanks

tach18k,
I'd stack them onto each other to make a large mass of meat if I was planning 18 to 20 hrs. with chuck roasts. Are they about 41bs each?
I,m thinking twelve hrs tops, but saying that I'd hate to set you wrong.
Look at the attached link from GFW to see how he did one.

Painter,
Yea mine looks alot like that, 3 1/2 by about 10 inches, about 6 inches wide. The total between them was 8.3 pounds. I'll put them on about 10pm tonight, worst case i'll have machaca for breakfast
