I did NY strips tonight. I would love to say that they were great, but I'd would rather say that they were EGGsellant, and they were. [p]I used the same rub that I used on the ribs a few days ago. For lunch today I finished the ribs - they also get better with age. We will be doing these again - rub on the ribs and the steaks. Recipe on the link![p]
