I'm grilling a few Ribeyes tonight for some guests, and I would like to top the steaks with some grilled shrimp. Any quick and easy recipes for grilled shrimp? Or should I just season and grill it?

    Hamm,
I'd prolly stick 'em on skewers, rub them with some olive oil, season, and grill super hot and fast for like a minute or two per side tops. Just me anywho![p]Have fun...sounds like a shweet meal!

real simple, peel and skewer the shrimp, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with old bay and/or dizzy tsunami spin. .. .put them on when you put the ribeyes back on the grill to dwell, or grill direct for about 2 minutes per side at 400 degrees dome temp. .. .easy and delicious

Nature Boy, This is going to be a meal to remember. My bro in law and sister are coming over. They are gas grill followers to the 10th power. They think my stories of the Egg are just that, stories, fables if you will. I'm hittin' em with FAT ribeyes topped with shrimp, grilled sweet corn on the cob, my own secret recipe grilled baked potato, grilled peppers(yellow, red, and green) all followed by grilled pinapple. I cant wait. Maybe I'll throw up a pic.

Hit 'em hard, baby. Sounds righteous.[p]Better that you throw up pictures than anything else!

Hamm,[p]I would grill the shrimp separately and serve them as an appetizer.[p]I like to peel shrimp and marinade them in fresh lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic for about 30 minutes. Then put them on skewers and grill them for a few minutes.[p]You can also leave them in the shell and cook them in a grill wok or vegetable basket.

    Hamm,
Um, I don't think the term "throw up" is appropriate here, do you? <vbg>
