Last night's cook - Meatballs

Rolled a few meatballs with ground beef, italian sausage, parmesan cheese, green bell pepper, bread crumbs, an egg & a few other seasonings.
Set up egg with place setter legs down to 400 degrees & cooked for 20 minutes.
Into the skillet with some Vodka sauce & Penne pasta.
YUM!

Rack was a gift from my mom so I'll have to ask her. Knowing her probably QVC. :laugh:
