Hey folks! I am a brand new egger. My brother in law in Atlanta has owned one for about 10 years and he finally convinced me to buy one. Very glad I did! I have cooked the perfect steak, hamburgers, and ribs. The steak and burgers were fantastic but the ribs still need a little work. If any of you have mastered the ribs I would appreciate hearing from you with times & temps.[p]Look forward to reading and chatting with you. And hope, one day, to meet some of you.
