Cooking Fish. Need suggestions.

Good evening,
I am cooking fish tomorrow and I need some suggestions. I love salmon but my wife doesn't. Soooo, I bought a 3/4 salmon filet and a 3/4 snapper filet, both skin on one side. I hope to cook both at the same time but I need suggestions on how to do this. I want to use the syrup receipe for the salmon. No idea what to do with the snapper.
