Porterhouse Gala

Got 3 porterhouse steaks for tonight....about 1.75" thick, just under 2 pounds per. Going to T-rex the heck out of them. Not sure I can wait until dinner time to start this worthwhile project. Yee-haw.

    i've cooked a veritable PANTLOAD of steaks on the BGE, probably our number one food.[p]but a porterhouse was the first thing i Trexed, and i gotta tell you, it was worth the wait.[p]best steak i ever had.[p]how'd yours turn out?
