I saw Chef Will's stuffed brisket, and wondered about stuffing with chicken breasts and smoked kilbasa sausage. Any thoughts?[p]Thanks[p]Buck

    Buck,[p]The chicken sounds like a good addition but I'd be concerned stuffing the brisket with raw poultry and cooking for such a long time........ pork and precooked sausage ok, but poultry I dunno. Perhaps precooked breasts?[p]Where are our food safety experts?[p]
