Anyone doing Tandoori Chicky at Eggfest?

Had a special request for Tandoori Chicken wings this evening. I've never done them and, in fact, I've never tasted them. Anyone doing them at either Maryland Fest or Texfest so I can see what I'm aiming at here????[p]Tonight was one of "those" nights anyway. Got into some really good cabernet while spatching a chicken. Talking, laughing, ignoring the incredible amount of smoke coming out of the small egg. Finally went to check. 500+ degrees combined with one fat chicken and some Witchy Red. New dish..I call it Ethiopian Chicken. Still was better than many oven chickens I've had!!! Another glass of the wine and who cared. Incidentally, when you want to splurge, get a bottle of Dynamite Cabernet. It's getting close to $20/bottle now, but I'll tell ya, it's one of the best.[p]mShark

    May I ask what year you had??? Being as I don't know very much about wine (except how to drink it) comes my next question. [p]After looking at google I want to be sure I'm looking at the right wine. It is a Cabernet Sauvignon or??????[p]Thanks,
