The 5 butts came off at the 23 hr mark, not beacause I was ready ,but I used up 11 lbs of Wicked Good Lump. All was left was a small amount of white ashe and a few pieces of small lump.With the wind blowing like it did for hours, the Guru did a wonderful job. All 5 of the butts turned out to perfection as texture and taste. I have 3 more to cook but these will be cooked this weekend.[p]Cheers[p]Howard in Bartow
