Kim,
From a jar? I have to make some sate soon. I will send you some. Looks good anyway! I do a similar soup with roasted red peppers added.

Steven,
I had a recipe (not yours) and it called for 4 tbsp of peanut butter. I knew better but I added it anyway...waaaayyyyy too much....so i opened the jar that I had. It was very good and spicy. -

Kim,
Thought you were talking about the marinade. I'll send you some. The sauce isn't that important.

How did you get your homemade peanut sauce into a jar without making a big mess?
That soup looks absolutely divine. Are those onions along with the garlic? How long/hot did you roast the tomatoes, and the other stuff? I want to try this, and have never done anything remotely like it so a few more details would be mucho appreciated. -
Hey Kim, lookin' good. I made cabbage soup for the first time yesterday but alas I didn't use the egg. Your chicken and broccoli look great.
-
My homemade peanut sauce was awful so I used a store bought peanut sauce that i had in the pantry.
I will post the soup recipe tomorrow but yes i roasted the tomatoes, onion & garlic together on the BGE at 300 indirect for about 1 hour. -
Thank you, Kim. You inspired me to buy a wok, and I'm having a blast cooking on it. I'll probably be asking advice on that too, once I try something other than fried rice and Trader Joe's orange chicken (that stuff is very good, btw).
I'll try the soup following your recipe one of these days. -
Soup looks fabulous! Tell your sous chef Hello!! I'm not sure about your jarred peanut sauce... how could your homemade sauce be that bad??

Way too much peanut butter. The jarred sauce was very good and the jar was easy to open. Ginny says hello back.
