Tabasco Idea - Thanks 1044

Tonight I tried a recent idea posted by 1044. I grilled a strip loin steak that I shook some Tabasco Sauce on while it was cooking. Wow, what a great flavor. I rubbed the steak with Cow Lick rub before I put it on the grill. If you like to add some heat to your meat, this is the trick.[p]Thanks 1044.[p]RayS
