No pictures because it went to fast, but this was a nice alternative to blackened fish (which I love). Recipe called for salmon, but substituted tilapia because.....that's what I had! Thanks to the good people who provided an alternative to curry powder.

Ingredients for rub:
1 1/2 tsp each of the following ingredients:
curry powder
coriander seeds
cumin seeds
caraway seeds
anise seeds
black peppercorns
salt & pepper to taste

Grind all spices in a spice grinder and rub both sides of fish. Cook like blackened fish using a spider and a CI gridle or pizza pan @450 using oil or butter. Enjoy B)
