Here's another study showing that cooking outside makes for a cleaner home. They probably just forgot to mention that cooking on a Big Green Egg (outside) is the best way to do it.[p]"The National Research Council's Board on Environmental Studies and Toxicology in Washington, D.C., says that particles of dust and other stuff in the air are bad for your lungs. So when researchers studied the sources of indoor air particles in Boston, they came up with a list of activities that endangered air quality. [p]The main culprits in most homes are cooking, cleaning and people moving around. Baking, broiling and toasting were major sources of small particles, while vacuuming, dusting and people moving around filled the house with large particles. And frying produced particles of all sizes."[p]Spring Chicken
