Cut - How'd your leg of lamb turn out?

    QBabe, I was at the dinner where's Cut's leg of lamb was served. It was my first taste of the cut, no pun intended, and I was impressed. I added some smoked salmon and Boston Butt to the mix. It was a good time!

  • QBabe,[p]Broiled it for 8 minutes on each side then stuck it in the egg for 4 hours at 200. Took it off at 138 (in the hopes that it would rise another 5 degrees while resting). IT was perfect it you like them rare. I think cooking it to 150 would be perfect.[p]Mike
