A few weeks ago I found this site in an effort to figure out what my new b-day present was for: a plate setter for my large egg.[p]Since then, I've read quite a bit and checked out many of y'alls web sites. Learned quite a bit about techniques and recipes...[p]Sunday I loaded the egg, dropped the plate setter on and did up a pork butt, small brisket, a side of baby backs and some asparagus for good measure. It was the first time I used mustard on the pork, the first time I stacked meats on the elevated grill surface, the first time I pulled the meat, wrapped it and let it rest in the cooler. It was the first time my brisket was actually edible - still a bit dry to my taste but there was none left at the end of the day![p]So, anyhow, just wanted to drop a line to the group at large and say thanks!
