By the time I got home, you've either taken out your brisket or buried it. How did it go?[p]mShark

  • mollyShark,It was absolutely the best brisket I have ever tasted!! I put it on at 10:00 pm.@ 225 dome temp, I woke up at 9:00 am, and dome temp was @ 190. I foil wrapped and placed back on the egg for 1.5 hours. I then wrapped in a beachtowel and set it in my Coleman 5 day cooler. It remained in the cooler for about 2 hrs. It had a delicious "Bark", and was as tender as they come!! THIS WAS A 15 POUND BRISKET!
